Who am I:

I am a visiting researcher from Belgium, currently working with Professor Hélène Soyeurt at the University of Liège, Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech. I have always been fascinated by the stories that can be uncovered from data. This curiosity led me from a background in biology to biostatistics, and eventually to animal science. My research aims to enhance the value of mid-infrared milk data routinely collected in the dairy industry. To achieve this, I apply data mining techniques—primarily unsupervised learning methods—to large spectral datasets.

My work at Bovi-Analytics

I am spending six months at Cornell University, collaborating on the integration of on-farm data with mid-infrared spectral data. Through this integration, we aim to better understand and validate patterns observed in extensive Belgian datasets.
